We are delighted to announce we are in planning for Templeogue Tennis Clubs Junior Summer Camps, commencing on 6th July to the 14th August, in line with the Government and Tennis Ireland Guidelines.

Due the Covid Guidelines the Ratio to Coach/Assistant is 4:1 so places are limited.

We outlined below some important information for parents and we would ask you to take the time to read before making your booking.

Before signing up or attending TTC summer camps, juniors must stay at home if he/she:

• Has been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
• Has been overseas in the last 14 days.  
• Has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
• Has flu-like symptoms (Fever, Cough, Sore Throat, Shortness of Breath, Extreme Tiredness).
• Is in a high-risk health category. Check with your GP prior to playing.
• Is not able to comply with TTC's following guidelines for Attending the Club, Social Distancing and Behaviours.  Click Here for Guidelines

Camp Details:

• Commence the 6th July and will run till the 14th August. 
• All payments must be completed though booking link (payments can not be made through the office and must be paid online)
• Camps will run daily AM and PM for 2.5 hours.  The ratio of child to coach is as small as 4 - 1 in the groups.
• Camp is available for Children born in 2014. 
• The tennis camps are outdoor camps and we require all children to bring rain jacket, drink and small snack. 
• Camp Costs Member €75 per child for one camp am or pm 
• Camp Costs Non Member €85 per child for one camp am or pm 

More important items:

• Juniors will not be allowed to leave the club during the camp to go to the shop.
• Juniors should arrive at the club 5 minutes before the camp begins and should leave the club directly after the camp finishes – no hanging around.
• Parents/Guardians must remain in the car for drop off and pick off
• On arrival at the club, juniors will be met by the coaches at designated areas, checked in and escorted to the courts.
• Summer Camp is not open to non-members currently.
• TTC Club Dress Code – white tops must be worn by juniors and all members.
• Camp will be weather dependent and may be cancelled if raining.  Where at all possible we will keep camp open.  Parents/Guardian’s must be able to arrange collection of children in this case.
• By enlisting in summer camps Parents/ Guardians are giving their consent to their child participating in a Templeogue Tennis Club Summer Camps activities which is run in line with the Code of Ethics & Good Practice for Children’s Sport.
• Parents/Guardians have the responsibility to read the Templeogue Tennis Club – Child Protection Policy and agree to abide by the guidelines as set out in it and it’s appendices, particularly Appendix 4, Code of Conduct for Parent’s / Guardians.
• By enlisting in Summer Camps, Parents/Guardians are acknowledging that the club is not responsible for providing adult supervision for a child except as set out in the club’s Child Protection Policy. Parents/Guardians have the responsibility to provide contact details to the club, and undertake to inform the club of any changes to this information
