Kathryn Leonard (Head Coach) here with a message regarding the 2019 Junior Club Championships.
We are holding our Junior Club Championships on Mon 26th - Sat 31st August. This is a wonderful opportunity to take part in some fun events and matches. We encourage all our juniors of ages from 5-18 to take part and there will be an event suitable for everyone, regardless if you are new to tennis or not! We have red ball right up to U18 events so there is something for everyone.
You can enter up to 3 events in the correct age/ball category. Here is some details about the different events on offer.
This will be a fun event with our mini nets and fun activities and games. Suitable for ages 5-9 year olds who use red ball in coaching. You can enter both days or just one! Come down on finals day for your medal & family fun day.

This will be a fun round robin event with mini matches played on ¾ court. Players will be grouped and will be helped to score. Suitable for ages 8-11 year olds who use orange ball in coaching. You can enter both days or just one! Come down on finals day for your medal & family fun day.
This will be a fun round robin event with mini matches played on full court. Players will be grouped and will be helped to score. Matches will be 1 set starting at 2-2 with a tie break at 6-6. Suitable for ages 9-12 year olds who use green ball in coaching. You can enter both days or just one! Doubles partners will be allocated randomly. Come down on finals day for your medal & family fun day.
Girls and boys born in 2008/2007 can enter into singles, doubles and mixed doubles. Matches will be scheduled over the week Monday-Saturday (with semi finals on Friday & finals on Saturday). Match times will be available online & will be run between 3-7 pm. If numbers allow, the draw will be a knockout with a plate system for players who lose in the first round. For doubles or mixed can enter with a partner of your choice or partner required.
